| Guess what?! I got my mission call! for those of you who dont already know........... im going to............
JAMAICA!! pretty cool huh? so im gonna be in the carribean for 2 years how awesome is that? i cant wait too bad ill get nailed by a few hurricanes each year but i like that anyway ha from what i understand marijuana is smoked casually in Jamaica so ill probably see a lot of it growing and being smoked by people ha they call it ganja there besides jamaica, my mission covers the cayman islands which are absolutely gorgeous and jamaica itself is beautiful as well im really gonna enjoy serving there im leaving october 5th, so i still have a few months left well thats all for now if you want to know more (and there is much more....too much to write here) then IM me or give me a call cyall later | | |
| hmmm well im updating again ha its been like over a month anyway rebecca is gone now and its kinda lonely around here :( but im sure ill find something to keep me occupied before i leave on my mission in october i had my wisdom teeth out last teusday it was horrible i didnt wake up at all after the surgery on the first day when i did wake up there was blood all over the pillow which i had drooled everywhere while i was asleep hahaha yummy i was so dead then over the following 4 or so days i was on vicatin (i think thats how you spell it) which sorta dulled the pain but whatever i looked like a chipmunk as some of you may already know but the swelling has gone down now im just waiting until i can eat normally again its hard to chew food so ive been eating stuff that i can swallow very easily hmmmm well i think thats enough for now bye everyone! p.s. saw star wars and it was quite good highly recommended! | | |
| hello everyone its been a while but let me see if i can pick up where i left off last thursday night was the opera workshop performance and from what everyone said it was really good everything went smoothly and everyone that i talked to said that my voice projected into the auditorium really well (which was what i was most worried about) so that was awesome then the next day we had NATS and i didnt really try to do well because i had put all of my energy into the opera performance so i didnt even make it to the finals but oh well i had to monitor a room for the judges and i was basically there tool the entire time i even had to go buy bottled water for them out of my own pocket ha anyway then on sunday rebecca called me and told me about willow which is very sad but it will pass and life will go on let see James Spader is amazing if you dont know who that is i guess you will just have to watch Boston Legal on abc on sunday nights superb acting hmmm last night we had a choir rehersal with the orchestra for 2 hours the concert is april 28th should be tight this thursday is the mens chorus concert which will be cool oh yeah last night Ken Jennings (the mormon guy who won like 75 days in a row on Jeopardy and won about 2.5 million bucks) was on campus last night and he played Jeopardy with a few members of the faculty i didnt get to see it cause of choir rehersal but after it was finished i rushed out and i got to meet him he signed the back of my shirt (which was the missionary shirt that i wear sometimes) it said "who is Ken Jennings?" pretty cool to meet a famous mormon dude we talked briefly then i left because there was a huge line of people wanting to meet him too well i gotta go to choir now ill cya later | | |
